Orders are accepted daily, Monday to Sunday via webpage.

Delivery Time :

Metro Cities : Minimum 4 working hours except on Occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year

Tier 1 and 2 Cities in India : Minimum 4 working hours except on Occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year

Tier 3 cities: Small towns and villages : Minimum 1 day in Advance

If Flower-India.in is not able to deliver the product on the given date, either the order would be delivered on alternate date as provided by the customer or the order amount would be refunded 100%.

At Flower-india.in, we offer same day delivery.

  • For rural areas if there is a no direct access via courier Flower-india.in will request recipient to pick up the item from nearest courier branch.
     
  • If the order consist of products from different merchants delivery may complete in several steps but in desired day as different merchant has their own delivery schedule.

We have developed a systematic way of delivery in order to attain accuracy and punctuality. We deliver quality products right   to your doorstep arranged in exacting standards.

When you order online you will receive an online summary-receipt which is your proof of order. When we have completed our order processing, you will receive a personal e-mail reply, which is your proof that we have processed your order for delivery.

Occasionally various factors may prevent a timely delivery from occurring after this personal response is sent to you. These  may include: incomplete recipient address information recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the item, or other extenuating and unforeseen circumstances. We recommend filling out the recipient portion of our secure online order form fully and as accurately as possible to ensure timely delivery is made.

Delivery Status Inquiries 

  • For confirmation regarding the delivery of the order, it is recommended that you call the recipient on the first business day after the scheduled delivery was to occur.
     
  • Another suggestion is to e-mail us quoting your order #, your recipient name, again on the next business day after the scheduled delivery.

In case the recipient is not around to receive the gift, Flower-india.in delivery personnel shall the leave the gift to a representative of the recipient (mother, father, close relative). However, in case there is no one to receive the gift, the delivery personnel shall leave the calling card of Flower-india.in at the doorstep of the recipient to call back for the gift.  Please take note that we shall allot 24 hours for you to contact us, otherwise, the gift will be forfeited.

Important!! 

During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Christmas, New year, Eid, Valentine's  and Mother's Day are generally the busiest times during the year
